GNEC specialises in the preparation of viability assessments to support any planning application. In establishing a fair level of planning gain contributions and sufficient incentive for the landowner, this mutually beneficial position ensures the land can come forward for development.

ABOUT US

Sophie Bagley founded GNEC in 2017 after 19 years in the property industry working across a variety of corporate and private companies, including DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), CBRE, Dacres, LNT Group, Yorkshire Water, and within the Commercial Property Finance team at RBS. Over the years she gained a huge amount of experience across a number of property sectors including both commercial and residential development, residential care, rural land management and property finance.
